Buddy Walk®

We renamed the Buddy Walk in honor of Rene, who passed away Novemer 2006.  She was one of the founding members of our group and the driving force behind a lot of our advocacy.  Rene did all our public speaking as well as the newsletter and many of the tasks associated with the Buddy Walk. We miss her greatly and honor her memory by renaming the Buddy Walk for her.

We've chosen a new location for this year's walk - Eldridge Park.  There's plenty of parking, buildings in case we get rained on again, and the Carousel for our use.

The schedule will remain much the same.  Registration with activities from 9 to 10:45, followed by the raffle drawing, a few short words, and then the walk.
